By accessing and using DashDrive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DashDrive is a temporary cloud storage service that allows users to upload files, generate shareable links, and set expiration dates for automatic deletion. The Service includes:

  • 2GB of free storage for all registered users
  • Option to purchase additional storage
  • File sharing via unique links
  • Automatic file expiration and deletion

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, store, or share illegal content
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. File Storage and Deletion

Files uploaded to DashDrive are automatically deleted after the expiration period you select (1, 7, or 30 days). We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from:

  • File expiration and automatic deletion
  • Account termination
  • Service interruptions or maintenance

6. Payments and Refunds

Storage purchases are one-time payments that permanently add storage to your account. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
